I’m Sarah Henderson, a Melbourne & Auckland based content creator with a heart for food, photography, and all things creative.

I specialise in food and product styling, photography, videography, and recipe development, turning everyday ingredients into visual stories.

My journey kicked off with a Bachelor of Design in Spatial Design, followed by five years as an architectural designer. Alongside that, I freelanced as a photographer, capturing weddings, engagements, corporate gigs, and my own adventures. Food photography started as a creative outlive, an instagram handle called “@thesaarahproject.” What began as a passion project grew into a full-blown love for content creation, styling, and recipe writing.

Since June 2019, I’ve been calling this my full-time gig (and still can’t believe it!). Over the past six years, I’ve honed my craft, working with brands and ongoing clients who trust me to bring their products and food to life.
